Klein has been awarded an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract by the U.S. Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) to provide support and maintenance for its fleet of Klein System 5900 side scan sonars. The five-year contract has been issued on a firm-fixed price (FFP) for a maximum amount of $1.5M.
The contract underscores NAVOCEANO’s continued trust in Klein’s deep technical expertise and long-standing history of delivering reliable, mission-critical solutions for naval applications. The Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) has a fleet of 10 Klein 5900 tow fish systems that are utilized to collect physical oceanographic data.
