Klein Marine Systems, Inc. is pleased to announce the successful completion of both a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Sea Acceptance Test (SAT) for the first Klein 5900 Side Scan Sonar in a multi-system purchase for valued partner Hitachi America.

The 5900 incorporates Klein’s Gap Filler technology, along with the new Navigation Suite featuring the Exail Octans AHRS and Nortek Nucleus DVL. Sea Acceptance Testing was conducted in the Piscataqua River and Portsmouth Harbor, New Hampshire.
