We have made the strategic decision to gradually transition away from some of our legacy products over the next six months or as inventory allows. I want to take this opportunity to provide a transparent explanation of the factors driving these changes.

The primary reasons for this transition are the tremendous stresses on our supply chain partners in the aftermath of COVID-19, the discontinuation of critical manufacturing components, carry-over technology, and the rising costs of production. These challenges have made it increasingly difficult to sustain the manufacture of certain legacy products while maintaining our high standards of quality and affordability while investing in the future.

Please be assured that we fully understand the decades of investment you have made in Klein products. We recognize that many of our customers have come to rely on these offerings, and we are committed to supporting them throughout the phase-out period. Our support team at Klein will continue to provide the same exceptional level of service, technical support, and maintenance for our legacy products that our customers have come to expect from us over the years, and they will not be affected. Our dedicated team will work closely with each affected customer to understand their unique needs and develop personalized mitigation plans that minimize disruption while discussing present and future product options that we are excited to talk about.
